As usual, this time of the year, I will make a summary of the year that's been - 1997 has been exceptional bad for me, but the finale has been outstanding so far. The highlights are few, but that only makes them better and more appreciated :-)

Best Concert: Whitesnake at Vega, Copenhagen

Best Single: "Om Du Var Här" by Kent

Best Promotional Video: "The Perfect Drug" by Nine Inch Nails

The Sexiest Man: Antonio Banderas with Blackie Lawless as a close choice

Best Moment: Recieving my Bachelor degree

Worst Moment: Too many to single out one...

Awesome Internet Experience: The Ian Gillan IRC Chat in August!!

Best Gig: UFO with Danger Danger at the Electric Garden, Stockholm

Best Record Sleeve: John Sykes' "Loveland" - totally beautiful!!

Drink of the Year: Martini, but as always with a Jack Daniel's near by!

Best Movie: The Full Monty - enuff said.

Eyes of The Year: The eyes of the man I love... They say so much and I love you for it.

Best Ian Gillan Tune of The Year: "That's Why God Is Singing The Blues" from the new Dreamcatcher CD

The Place of The Year: Home

Best Metal Club: Starbar and Cantina West , both in Stockholm

Nicest Person: all my friends that's been by my side thru all the rough times, and all the guys at Wild Ones.

Asshole of 1997: No one less than Ace Frehley.
