Yoga!

Yesterday I had my first ever yoga lesson.
It was amazing. I felt good for the entire day.
Relaxed and happy.
I will do this again. And again. And again.
(at least every Tuesday morning)

I can't believe breathing can do this to you.
Afterwards I sat in the sauna for 15 minutes. Totally relaxed. What a fantastic way to start the morning. I totally recommend it.
